Five questions for Irina Diel

Which areas do you mainly work in?

I mainly work in the field of valuation, which includes business valuations and succession planning. I also prepare financial statements and tax returns for individuals and corporate entities.

What problems do you solve for your clients?

Tax law is very broad, and so are the problems our clients face. So whatever the circumstances, we are there for our clients to find solutions to issues like these.

What makes Linn Goppold special?

At Linn Goppold, we have a long tradition and we’ve adapted very well to modern requirements. We’ve found a work approach that reconciles family and career needs.

What has been your career path?

In 2015, I graduated from the Schumpeter School of Business and Economics with a master's degree in economics, specialising in taxation. I then worked as a tax assistant in various law firms. I have been working for Linn Goppold as a senior tax consultant since February 2022.

What motivates you in your everyday work?

What motivates me is the variety of my work. More importantly, I want to find the best possible solution for our clients and maximise the potential for tax savings.
