Our primarily medium-sized clients request and value advice and assistance from one source for all their life situations. A guarantee of success is our interdisciplinary consulting approach. Therefore, holistic and individual training is at the centre of our staff development. Building on this, we are pleased when our staff develops special knowledge on one of our areas of service focus.
In addition, we grant all our staff an external training budget of 40 hours per year which is oriented to their activities and the state of their education.
Training our assistance in the area of auditing takes place centrally in the HLB Academy within our HLB Germany network in up to four seminar blocks of one week each in Düsseldorf. Our partner, Gerhard Goppold is professionally and personally responsible for this. We meet every two weeks in an internal “professional discussion” where we exchange professional and technical new items and improve individual capabilities.

You will find a modern digital working environment in our firm. Our own document management system not only files documents, but accomplishes many processes digitally. In addition, modern software tools such as DATEV Unternehmen online or our own client cloud solution rounds out our digitisation portfolio, including collaborating with our clients.
Our auditors work with applications from Audicon, allowing us to implement our audit assignments with a great deal of efficiency and quality.
In the field of accounting and payroll accounting, we continuously advance the digital transformation with the further development of business processes, and use modern, digital methods for job implementation.
Our beck-online and bfd online® databases provide all laws, professional publications etc. which you may need for your demanding tasks.
Quality is a major characteristic in our firm. We have not only successfully completed external, peer review quality control in accordance with auditing practices. Our quality management system is certified as per IDW PS 951 n.F Typ 2/ISAE 3402 Type 2 for outsourcing services. This clearly differentiates us from the competition.
Our services for you
We compensate our staff accordingly, with consideration of their individual qualifications and experience. All receive a monthly travel allowance, and membership in a gym at reduced cost.
Annual leave is 28 days plus Christmas and New Year, as well as a half day on Mardi Gras. In addition, we financially support our candidates for professional exams (auditing or accounting) as well as for tax specialists and accountants.
We know that successful preparation for a professional examination takes time. Therefore, we provide you on a three-month, paid release for this period. This is offset with saved holiday and overtime. We offer a flexi-time scheme which records productive overtime that can be compensated with time off.
